NAMING OF STREETS IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII , STATE OF HAWAII®
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission at its regular meeting of
July 28, 1977, approved the following names for certain unnamed
roadways in the County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii :
Kuulei Subdivision, Unit I . Waiakea Homesteads , 2nd Series ,
South Hila Hawaii
Kululei Street - meaning sweetheart
Mona Loop - meaning sweet
Kuhikuhi Street - meaning to show, designate, teach,
give orders; sweet
NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED 8Y THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII that the said roadways located in the County of Hawaii,
State of Hawaii, be named as follows :
Kuulei Subdivision Unit I • Waiakea Homesteads , 2nd Series ,
South Hilo Hawaii (delineated on the map attached
hereto as "Exhibit A" and made a part hereof)
Kuulei Street - meaning sweetheart
Mona Loop - meaning sweet
Kuhikuhi Street - meaning to show, designate, teach,
give orders ; sweet
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this 17th day of August 1977.
