1. In accordance with the provision of Ordinance No. 69
the director of finance be authorized to dispose of the buildings
located at Pahoa High & Elementary School, Pahoa, Hawaii,
TMK: 1-5-03-38, by public auction.
2. The director of finance to determine the date, place,
and reasonable terms and condition of the auction.
