On September 27, 2019, Bill 106 was transmitted to Council with a cover letter and table (Communication
no. 522) to amend the Capital Budget by appropriating lapsed fuel tax funds from past fiscal years. Upon
closing the books for FY 2018-19, a difference and a typographical error were identified. We respectfully
request that amendments be made as follows:
• decrease Fuel Tax Increase 16-18 (2271.36) in the amount of $10,251.17 (totaling $2,025,199.32)
• increase appropriation to Bridge Inspection, Repair & Replacement Program (ENG) in the amount of
$19,748.83 (totaling $1,764,363.84) — Exhibit A
• decrease total Fuel Tax Increase funds by $10,251.17 (totaling $8,374,920.76)
