ResolutionCouuty of Hawaii—State of Hawaii
WHEREAS, pursuant to County Charter Section 3-14 interim amendments to
the Salary Ordinance may be by resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
the Salary Ordinance is hereby amended for the following departments:
SECTION 8.08 (e). BUREAU OF SEWERS AND SANITATION. DEPART14ENT OF PUBLIC WORKS.
1. Add 2 new positions of Sewage Treatment Plant Operator II !,,TB-9.
2. Add one new position of Equipment Operator III WB-10.
3. Add one new position of Sanitary Landfill Caretaker WB-4.
SECTION 8.09 (b) . RECREATION DIVISION. DEPART1ENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION.
1. Reallocate One position of Lifeguard SR-10 to Senior Lifeguard SR-13.
2. Delete one position of Swimming Instructor (3/4 T) SR-11.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy each of this resolution be transmitted
to the departments of Finance, Public Works, Parks and Recreation, Personnel
Services, and Corporation Counsel for their information.
