Aloha Council Members,
I hope you will pass Bill 101.
I can think of no good reason for the routine use of toxic pesticides and herbicides on county-owned parks,roads,
bikeways,sidewalks,trails,drainage ways,and waterways.
More often than not,pesticides and herbicides cause unintended effects:for examples,the development of resistance
in the target species and the loss of important insect pollinators.
