Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 349-19, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 349-19, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 525
dated September 27, 2019, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one
fiscal year for a multi-year lease of a forklift for the Department Environmental Management.
This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement with an approximate
monthly cost of$1,005. The County would own the equipment at the end of the lease.
There was no discussion on this hatter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 349-19, and
recommends its adoption.
