Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 352-19, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 352-19, transmitted by County Clerk Jon Henricks, via Communication No. 528 dated
September 27, 2019, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one fiscal
year for a multi-year lease for a mailing-system machine for the Office of the County Clerk, Support
Services Division.
This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement with an approximate
monthly cost of$611.
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Colmnittee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 352-19, and
recommends its adoption.
