Subject: Bill 101 ban herbicides

Aloha,
My husband,Samuel Keanaaina,jr.Are urging county council to pass bill 101 to ban the use of herbicides on the
side of roads,in parks and anywhere else they use them.You are poisoning our environment and all of life including
us.Other states have solved this problem by using the prison population to pull weeds and clean up the roadsides
and parks.There are solutions that fit with the moto...the life of the land is perpetuated in righteousness.
I have seen where the county sprays poison at the parks.It is disgusting...under trees where people sit and where
they eat the mangos and they are sitting on the poison.Even worse is they spray right at the ocean's edge and at our
water sources!!!!
Besides being deadly,where the spray is looks awful..dead brown roadsides!How unappealing! We can do much
better than this!!!Don't let the poison companies buy you out and vote for us and all if life that we all thrive.
