Deaz Curt:
Per our conversation last week, we have had a number of comments from people in
the community over the past few years who would like to have available six days in
advance the materials that are proposed to be acted upon by the Council. I believe
the wrrent rules require the Council to post notice of their agenda before the meeting,
but the materials are not usually available until the day or time of the meeting. I
would agree with the community in their request
Of course, it would be understandable and allowable to have amendments made either
orally or in writing at the Council meeting, since its purpose is to make and consider
74-SG20A Palmi Rond changes, so that an adoption can satisfy as many interests as practical.
