SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 2)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to.the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to the Hawaii County Economic Opportunity Council
(HCEOC)to assist with expenses related to the Japanese Community Association of Hawai`i's
2019 Bunka No Hi program.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$1,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
