Dear Members,
I am a resident of North Kohala and own a construction company. I am writing this letter
to give my support for the Deletion of Condition "G" of Zone Ordinance No. 85-48. I
feel that the requirement to build the connector road puts an undue economic hazdship on
the developer.
There has been virtually no new development in the North Kohala azea since 1990. We
need the economic benefits of the addition of Phase III of Maliu Ridge.
