DRIVE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AT WAIAKEA, DISTRICT OF SOUTH HILO, COUNTY

AND STATE OF HAWAII.

That it is necessary, for •public use and purpose, to wit,41 providing
for the acquisition of an easement for drainage purposes for the Ainaola
Drive Improvement Project at Wall •akea, District of South Hilo, County and
State of Hawaii; and to that end and for that purpose the Corporation
Counsel of the County of Hawaii be and he ' •is authorized to initiate
proceedings in eminent domain, as provided by law, for the taking, acqui-

S 1 t ion and condemnation of the drainage easement described 'in Exhibit I.
attached hereto and made a part .hereof.
That in the process of said proceedings in emolnent domain, said

Being a portionof Lot 27, Waiakea Houselots, 10th Series,
Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii
Beginning at the northeast corner of this easement, the coordinates of
said point of bF ginni.ng referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station
IIHALAIII being ll-,650-44 feet South and 2,15 0.47 feet East, thence running
by azimuths measured clockwise from True South:
1® 3160 34t 119.61 feet along Lot 28;
2® 280 561 7.87 feet along 25 ft. wide drainage easement;
3* 1360 341 121.27 feet across remainder of Lot 27;
4o 2210 051 .7.53 feet along the south side of Ai nao la Drive to
the point of beginning and containing an
area of 903 square feet.
