Resolution
WHEREAS, pursuant to County Charter Section 3-14 interim amendments to
the Salary Ordinance may be by resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
the Salary Ordinance is hereby amended for the following department:
SECTION 8.01 (a) . OFFICE OF COUNTY COUNCIL.
I. Reallocate one position of Senior Duplicating Machine Operator SR-7
to Senior Duplicating Machine Operator SR-9.
2. Reallocate 3 positions of Duplicating Machine Operator SR-5 to
Duplicating Machine Operator SR-7.
This resolution shall amend the Salary Ordinance of 1977 and the effective
date of this resolution shall be the date of adoption of the Salary Ordinance of
1977.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy each of this resolution be transmitted
to the departments of Finance, County Council, Personnel Services, and Corporation
Counsel for their information.
