Resolution
WHEREAS, a new road, known commonly as the Kamehameha III Road, has
been constructed in Keauhou, North Kona, County and State of Hawaii; and
WHEREAS, a road remnant of the beach road known as the Old Kamehameha
III Road is no longer of any use to the County of Hawaii as a public roadway;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that the road remnant of the Old Kamehameha III Road located in Keauhou,
North Kona, Hawaii, as delineated in red on the map attached hereto and
marked Exhibit "A", be and is hereby declared abandoned as a roadway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be authorized and directed
to forward a copy of this resolution to the Kamehameha Development Corporation,
Bernice P. Bishop Estates and the Department of Public Works of the County of
Hawaii.

of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation

East and running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South:
