Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 114, Draft 3 which replaces the
proposed language in Condition G with the following language as discussed at today's Council
meeting:
"A roadway stubout to the perimeter boundary of the third increment for a future roadway
connection shall be provided in conjunction with the subdivision of the third increment "
