As far as I've read, the non-herbicide products don't have the same impact on controlling plant growth as herbicide products. This means more manpower, or overtime,to control the plant growth in our parks, and highways. For example, please drive down Ali'i Drive Extension to see my concern about out of control plant growth. If this growth continues, it will become a hazard to motorists. I hope you'll consider my thoughts as you deliberate on this this bill, especially the part where you will have to hire more people (or account for more overtime)to maintain our parks and highways if this bill passes.
