Aloha Councilmembers,
For decades now, those of us disabled with MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivities)
have been denied equal access to our parks and community because of the
chemicals used in and around them. Please comply with the Americans with
Disabilities Laws so we may move freely throughout our communities without
becoming violently ill and, in severe cases, could die. Our disability population has
been continually ignored and it must stop. Laws are already on the books for this and
other invisible disabilities, please uphold them! Please SUPPORT Bill 101 and ban
these toxics so we may live freely in our own communities.
