Dear Council members,
Hawaii County can set an example for other Counties to follow.
There will be less worry about the health of the island and its people, children, pets,
and wildlife if Rebecca Shute-Villegas' Bill 101 to limit the County's use of chemical
herbicides on COUNTY PARKS AND ROADS is approved by the County Council.
Confidence in our elected officials is at an all-time low. Please help restore public
confidence by moving this measure forward on behalf of the health and well-being of
those who elected you to office.
We are in crisis. Locally and nationally. Every act of leadership will help return us to
sanity and safety. Moving this bill forward will be just such an act that speaks to your
concern for the welfare of your constituents.
