Presentation will be spearheaded by Ms. Jane Horike, Economic <br /> Development Specialist with the Department of Research and Development. Fifteen minutes <br /> should be allowed for the presentation and fifteen minutes for questions and answers. <br /> Please take note that a Resolution to Nominate the North Kohala Enterprise Zone.for Re- <br /> Designation by the Governor is being submitted to be heard before committee on November 19, <br /> 2019. This presentation would be beneficial for Council Members to understand the program <br /> prior to voting on the resolution. <br /> Please place this on the agenda for the November 19, 2019 Government Relations and Economic <br /> Development Committee meeting.
