Funds will be used by the Hawaii County Police Department for the purchase of a shooting simulator. Enclosed is a resolution to enter into an agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs to accept these funds. Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this $76,444 grant.
