SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds—Council District 7— I O'h Annual Ocean
Energy and Economic Development Symposium and Workshop
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to Friends of NELHA for expenses related to the
10th Annual Ocean Energy and Economic Development Symposium and Workshop.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$2,500 from the Clerk-Council Services—
