• Cardboard bins at Hilo, Kea'au and Kealakehe.

• Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, etc. increase
their 'imports.
• Residual rubbish still a problem.
• Now that has come to a halt. No
infrastructure to handle the world's
recyclables.
• Rubbish from recyclables being sent back to
countries of origin.
• Recyclables not being accepted.

annual increase to the County's landfill
will be approximately 3,100 tons
or 1.0 —1.5 % by weight. Plastic,
newspaper, mixed paper, metal cans.
