SUBJECT: Resolution 301-19 Draft 2; A Resolution urgine--D--epartment of Environmental
Management and the Department of Research and Development to collaborate
and develop a plan for waste stream management and reduction technologies to
include renewable and alternative energy generation for the County of Hawaii.
Attached please find Resolution 301-19, Draft 2. Resolution 301-19 was amended by the
contents of Communication 462.11, during the Committee on Agriculture, Water, Energy, and
Environmental Management's November 5, 2019 meeting.
