Re: Resolution Transferring Funds
Enclosed is a resolution to transfer$12,320 out of the Police Department's Hamakua Police-
OCE account and credit it to the Police Department's N. Hilo Police-OCE account. The
budgeted expenditures for the N. Hilo Station and the Hdmdkua Station were combined in FYI 9-
20. We respectfully request the transfer of funds for N. Hilo utilities to reassure the public that
the station is open and that they will remain open.

items only. This is due to the fact that the N. Hilo Station is still open for business and the community feels
that with no expenditures listed it presents to be closed.
