Funding will be used to stake and adjust <br /> an existing easement granted to the County of Hawaii by Parker Ranch. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to appropriate funds for the Waimea Trails and <br /> Greenways Project. <br /> Due to the urgency to complete the work, the Office of Management is requesting that <br /> this bill be waived from the Finance Committee and be placed on the December 4, 2019 <br /> Council agenda.
