SUBJECT: Request for progress report from Recovery Team
By means of this communication I am requesting approximately 30 minutes for an update and discussion
with the Recovery Team on the immediate priorities as listed under the Work Plan of the Interim
Recovery Strategy, specifically:
• Develop Capacity: Identify members assembled for the Recovery Team
• Community Engagement and Decision-Making: Update on Recovery Blue Ribbon Task Force
including members serving and role/expectations
• Financial Tracking&Report: Software and methodology to track recovery funding and
expenditures
• Implement Case Management: Vendor awarded case management contract and overview of
scope of work
• Development of Comprehensive Recover: Update on TetraTech's efforts to craft a plan
that guides long-term strategy,policy, and investment to create a more stable, resilient Puna
region
• Update on development of economic recovery plan
