i would like to have my voice heard concerning bill 101,
i am full support of this bill in regards to banning roadside herbicidal spraying.
as a doctor, i am always first to speak out concerning health hazards to the community and
herbicides are high on my list.
please take in mind the health of our community when you vote on this bill.

We live in Hawaii, bugs come to Hawaii how are we going to control pests. Plants insects.
This is not a good thing. How are we going to control rat Lung.

STRONGLY OPPOSE Bill 101 -Relating to Herbicide Use
Dear Hawaii County Council Members,
I Oppose this bill for several reasons.
1. Bans the Use of Producst to Control the Albezia Trees
2. Bans Product that help limit habitate for Little Fire Ant Populations
3. Removes important tools and choices to combat invasive plants and prenet noxius
weeds and invasive species.
4. I'm unwilling to bear the Cost associated with this Bill as a taxpayer.
Please consider the impacts of passing unfunded and un-researched Bills. What will be the real
cost to Hawaii County taxpayers $500,040 or$5 Million; The costs and impacts have not been
considered before submitting this Bill.
