Hawaii County Council STRONGLY OPPOSE Bill 101 -Relating to Herbicide Use Dear Hawaii County Council Members, I Oppose this bill for several reasons. 1. Bans the Use of Producst to Control the Albezia Trees 2. Bans Product that help limit habitate for Little Fire Ant Populations 3. Removes important tools and choices to combat invasive plants and prenet noxius weeds and invasive species. 4. I'm unwilling to bear the Cost associated with this Bill as a taxpayer. Please consider the impacts of passing unfunded and un-researched Bills. What will be the real cost to Hawaii County taxpayers $500,040 or$5 Million; The costs and impacts have not been considered before submitting this Bill. Mahalo, Jill Mattos Honokaa Hawaii
