I have relocated from my home above the coffee fields on Kauai Our community used to bei
informed when they were spraying the coffee fields but stopped several years ago. '3

Agricultural pesticides have a major impact on residents who live close by these fields. A
friend in Koloa has had major health impacts from spraying across the road (and up wind) Q. �
their home.
I understand the need for the use of pesticides in the agricultural business but it should not
happen at the expense of the health and well being of people. How would you feel if your ._
grand children lived close to to fields that were sprayed.
