This is to acknowledge receipt of your annual progress report dated July 13, 1999, in compliance
with Condition K of the above-referenced ordinance effective September 13, 1994.
Thank you for complying with the annual report requirement.
By letter dated February 23, 1998, athree-year extension of time until September 13, 2000 was
granted to comply with Condition C, to secure Final Subdivision Approval. However, Condition
F states:
"F. Restrictive covenants in the deeds of all the proposed lots shall prohibit the
construction of an ohana dwelling or a second dwelling unit on each lot. A copy
of the proposed covenants to be recorded with the $ureau of Conveyances shall be
submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval. Prior to the securing
final subdivision approval, a copy of the approved covenant as executed by the
applicant and recorded with the Bureau of Conveyances, likewise, shall be
submitted to the Planning Director."
Therefore, please submit the proposed and recorded covenants prior to final subdivision approval.
As a reminder, the next annual progress report will be due on or before September 13, 2000.
