TMK: 2-2-050:043 (Applicant: Trevor R. Rodrigues) (Area: 45,800 sq. ft.). Allows a five-year
time extension to comply with Condition D (Time to Complete Construction) and Condition F
(Future Road Widening) to construct a veterinary clinic with 25 parking stalls, as well as two
other buildings for commercial office and warehouse space. Ayes: Council Members Chung,

Grants—Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act account($64,806); and appropriates the
same to the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Rapid Response 19-20 account. Ayes:
