AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 19-74, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 11 2019 TO JUNE 305 2020.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 19-74, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2019 to June 30, 20201
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Paniolo Avenue Rehabilitation $ 515007000

SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $ 515001000
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect on upon its approval.
