Dear Council members:
As a homeowner I would like to register my concern about the rampant problem
of stray dogs in east Hawaii, especially in Seaukaha. It seems the Humane Society is
overwhelmed with this large problem, with stray dogs roaming everywhere
unchecked, defecating in everyone's yard, attacking people, etc. Please be swift about
doing something about this runaway problem, perhaps creating some county jobs
which handle stray dog control.
