Aloha.
I strongly SUPPORT the proposed Herbicide Ban.
It does't sound like an actual BAN, but it's several good steps in the right direction.
Poisoning the 'aina is not good for keiki and other living things. We need to work with the
community to limit chemical herbicides on Private, State, and other land classifications. ``~
We need to educate the people that sell large quantities how to lead customers to better ti
choices.
As a home owner in Waikoloa, I'm well aware of what it costs to remove brush from my
rocky, steep hillsides.The County needs to just do it, as Ted I have done.
