I am 100%supportive of this bill !
As a 20year organic flower exporter and homesteader/tax paying citizen of 42 acres in Puna I say...FINALLY !!
Thank HEAVENS for this bill !
It is truly about time !
I trust the county and state will be able to manage weeds with mechanic means vs extremely toxic chemicals just like
every single organic farmer on the planet(including myself) does ...agricultural run off from herbicides has no place in
our island paradise or food chain!
