Subject: Please vote in favor of Bill 101
Aloha Honorable Hawaii Council Members,
Please vote in favor of Bill 101 which is intended to limit the county's use of chemical herbicides in parks and roadways.
There is sufficient evidence and an overwhelming amount of existing lawsuits that clearly support that toxic herbicides
present serious public health risks to children, human life in general as well as endangering streams and sea lifein our
oceans. The state is overdo to put public and environmental safety first by transitioning away from toxic chemical land
managements practices and embrace safe alternative practices.
Please vote for Bill 101 our keiki and our oceans are depending on your vote!
