RE: Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 425-19; A Resolution Authorizing the
Mayor to Enter into a License Agreement with Spectrum Oceanic, LLC, to Allow
Spectrum Oceanic, LLC, to Access County of Ilawai`i Parks Facilities Located on
the County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, for the Purpose of Installing WiFi
Equipment. j

Please see below a proposed amendment to Resolution No. 425-19. The proposed amendment is
illustrated in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 425-19; material to
be removed is bracketed and stricken and new material is underlined.

The second WHEREAS clause is amended to read as follows:
"WHEREAS, Spectrum Oceanic, LLQ:', ("Spectrum"), as a regulated cable
operator, is providing free WiFi service to the public for [fie] at least one (1)hour per j
day as a condition of the State of Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer
Affairs approval of the application made by'Time Warner Cable and Charter
Communications, Inc. ("Charter") to transfer Spectrum's cable television franchise to
Charter; and"
Due to the limited scope of the amendment, a draft copy of Resolution No. 425-19, Draft 2, is not
attached.
