Poindexter, District 1 Council Member RE: Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 425-19; A Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Enter into a License Agreement with Spectrum Oceanic, LLC, to Allow Spectrum Oceanic, LLC, to Access County of Ilawai`i Parks Facilities Located on the County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, for the Purpose of Installing WiFi Equipment. j i i Please see below a proposed amendment to Resolution No. 425-19. The proposed amendment is illustrated in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 425-19; material to be removed is bracketed and stricken and new material is underlined. I The second WHEREAS clause is amended to read as follows: "WHEREAS, Spectrum Oceanic, LLQ:', ("Spectrum"), as a regulated cable operator, is providing free WiFi service to the public for [fie] at least one (1)hour per j day as a condition of the State of Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs approval of the application made by'Time Warner Cable and Charter Communications, Inc.
