time extension until February 27, 1992, in which to
secure Final Plan Approval for Phase I of their

of their review comparing suggestions submitted by
Public Access Shoreline Hawaii (PASH), as contained in
Comm. 2170, with the Planning Commission's new draft of
its Rule 8. States their review should focus upon
whether or not there are areas which the Planning
Commission has not addressed and that the Planning
Committee may be willing to address.
