Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to The Food Basket, Inc., for its "We've Got Your
Back" Keiki Backpack Program.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$20,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
