••.k,'. <br /> •�J .{.. <br /> . <br /> v I <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 447 20 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND <br /> RECREATION TO PURCHASE NEW STAIRS FOR THE LAUPAHOEHOE <br /> SWIMMING POOL. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Aquatics Section, provides a <br /> diversified recreation program that addresses the needs and interests of the respective <br /> communities in a safe environment with zero tolerance for illegal drugs and violence; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Aquatics Section, requests funds <br /> to purchase new stairs to assure public safety for the Laupahoehoe Swimming Pool; now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation, Aquatics Section, to purchase new stairs for the Laupahoehoe Swimming <br /> Pool. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $7,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $7,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5513.66 Department of Parks and Recreation $7,000 <br /> Aquatics Pools Eqpt <br /> 480 Misc.
