RE: Transmitting Resolution No. 425-19, Draft 2; A Resolution Authorizing the
Mayor to Enter into a License Agreement with Spectrum Oceanic, LLC, to Allow
Spectrum Oceanic LLC, to Access County of Hawaii Parks Facilities Located on
the County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, for the Purpose of Installing WiFi
Equipment.
Please find attached Resolution No. 425-19, Draft 2. Resolution No. 425-19 was amended by
the contents of Communication No. 643.55, as duly approved by the Council during its
December 18, 2019, Council meeting.
The Council suspended Rule No. 24(1)(e), which requires that final action on amended
legislation be taken at its next regular meeting, and adopted Resolution No. 425-19, Draft 2.
