n <br /> • y <br /> '' �/' STATE OF HAWAI I <br /> ���� <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII _* <br /> fit!OF 7' <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4S2 20 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT <br /> FOR YANO HALL IN SOUTH KONA. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division, plans, <br /> conducts, arranges, and promotes organized recreation and athletic activities for all age groups at <br /> recreation centers and facilities throughout the County of Hawai`i; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation rents its facilities for community <br /> event and wants to provide refrigeration capacity for the sponsors of such event to keep food <br /> safe; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds to purchase <br /> refrigeration equipment for maintenance improvement at Yano Hall; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to Department of Parks <br /> and Recreation to purchase refrigeration equipment for maintenace improvement at Yano Hall in <br /> South Kona. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby. <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $800 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC —Contingency Relief $800 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.06 Department of Parks and Recreation $800 <br /> Recreation Div Equip <br /> 480 Misc.
