SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds—Council District 7—Aloha `Ilio Rescue
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to Aloha `Ilia Rescue to support its efforts to save
animals from euthanasia.
Attached gis a resolution authorizing the transfer of$1,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
