Property Management has two (2)Personal Computers(PC)that were budgeted for replacement in FY 2020.
The amount to be budgeted was based on IT's estimate for a mid-range PC. IT has currently recommended that
the 2 PCs be replaced with the Basic GIS Desktop. The cost is higher than our Budgeted amount.
The Property Management OCE, Rent of Land Bldgs-Office account has a slight excess of funds. This is due to
the CAM charges not increasing as expected. '
