On March 1, 2010, the County's Office of <br /> Housing and Community Development entered into a ten-year Housing Assistance <br /> Payment Contract with Ainakea Senior Residences LLP, owners of Ainakea Senior <br /> Residences, which was selected for the Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Program as <br /> offered through a Public Notice dated July 26, August 2 and 9, 2009 and authorized <br /> under Resolution 276-09 on November 18, 2009.
