The Council recently confirmed Ms. Greenbaum on February 2, 2019 with an expiration term of December 31, 2019. She is now eligible to serve a full 5-year term that would expire on December 31; 2024. According to the report led by your Finance Committee, several committee members offered favorable comments about Ms. Greenbaum after hearing her original nomination. As noted previously, Ms. Greenbaum is not affiliated with any political party. Due to the needs of the Board, I respectfully ask that this nomination be waived through Committee and placed on the full Council agenda of January 8, 2020.
