Grant funds in <br /> the amount of$4,000 were provided to First Assembly of God dba Convoy of Hope <br /> Hawai`i with Contingency Relief funds via Resolution No. 211-19 in the amount of <br /> $2,000 and Resolution No. 217-19 in the amount of$2,000. These funds were returned <br /> to the Department of Parks & Recreation and the department is requesting that the funds <br /> be returned to the Legislative Contingency Relief account. <br /> The Department of Parks and Recreation requests that this resolution be waived from <br /> Finance Committee and be placed on the January 8, 2020 Council agenda in order to <br /> expedite the transfer of these funds.
