These funds will be used to <br /> provide a grant to the Homeless Taskforce to assist with Outreach and Engagement Services in <br /> West Hawai`i. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this $6,000 to <br /> the Office of Housing and Community Development's (OHCD's) Homeless Taskforce account. <br /> The OHCD is requesting that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee and be placed on the <br /> January 8, 2020 Council Agenda.
