These funds will be used to provide a grant to the Homeless Taskforce to assist with Outreach and Engagement Services in West Hawai`i. Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this $6,000 to the Office of Housing and Community Development's (OHCD's) Homeless Taskforce account. The OHCD is requesting that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee and be placed on the January 8, 2020 Council Agenda.
