.J�SYOsp,.,. <br /> .-(cr. ---• vieL <br /> I <br /> •ii\ -�� <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII ; g/i}'- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ._ <br /> ;:i-: ____....,...} <br /> -._ ,-;-7,...,. .- <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 463 20 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A <br /> DONATION OF FUNDS TO BE USED TOWARDS TRAVEL AND <br /> OTHER EXPENSES TO ATTEND AN INTERNATIONAL HOMICIDE <br /> INVESTIGATORS ASSOCIATION MEETING TO THE COUNTY OF <br /> HAWAII POLICE DEPARTMENT. <br /> WHEREAS, the International Homicide Investigators Association is donating <br /> funds to the County of Hawaii Police Department for travel and other expenses to attend <br /> the International Homicide Investigators Association Mid-Year Meeting; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii Police Department recommends approval of <br /> this donation by the International Homicide Investigators Association; and <br /> WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, provides that <br /> the council, on behalf of the county, may accept gifts of donations of money, securities, or <br /> other personal property or of real estate or any interest in real estate; now therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, , in <br /> accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, the County of <br /> Hawaii, accepts this donation. <br />
