AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE 10, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY
CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO EXCEPTIONAL TREES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAWAII :
SECTION 1 . Chapter 14 , Article 10, of the Hawaii County Code,
1983 , is amended by adding nine trees to the existing list of
seventeen exceptional .trees, as follows :
"SECTION 14-65 . Designated Exceptional Trees .
The following trees are designated as 'Exceptional Trees of the
County of Hawaii ' :

SECTION 4 . This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval ,
